A key feature comes from Signal's optional 'set it and forget it' electronic dosing technology, bringing highly advanced self-calibration to a very wide range of pump flow options - up to 750 litres/hour. The electronic controls provide you with an easy-to-set back-lit menu, with simple touch controls. Once set, self-calibration takes over, making this pump range particularly user-friendly - proven in reliability and, above all, ensuring that the required addition levels are continuously maintained.

With many water treatment plants being remote or unmanned, this feature encourages remote operation and monitoring - without the need and cost of frequent site visits by technicians.

A unique model in this range is the S200 KKS, an engineering masterpiece that is capable of handling difficult chemicals that are prone to gassing. It is purpose-designed to do this, without the need for any add-on equipment.

On the Signal 200 KKS and EMP2 models, an IP65 enclosure and an intermediate support plate are fitted as standard, assuring extreme chemical resistance. This concept also prevents any chemical ingress in the unlikely event of diaphragm rupture. The EMP4 version features a double diaphragm for inherent protection.
